How to translate speedtouchconf:
Take the "msgid" lines below, which are the text in the script
as they are written in English
Then add your translation in the "msgstr" line below.
Please make sure you keep references to $VARIABLES
as they are - for example, if the msgid line is:
msgid "Hello $USER"
Then you would add the msgstr line:
msgstr "Ciao $USER"

It may be that the script uses one line of text
for a message which would best be displayed on more
lines in your language. In this case, add "\n" to the
end of each line apart from the last one, like this:
msgid "Short in English"

"This is the last line of translated text"

Conversely, if the script uses a lot of lines of
text, and your translation does not need so much
space, then the script may need editing... Each "echo"
command in the script needs translating, so a multiple-line
echo string should look like this:

To check your translation, save your file as LANG.po, where
LANG is the ISO abbreviation for your country, eg
fr, hu, no, de, en_GB, pl, es, etc...
check your $LANG environment variable - if it's
"fr_FR" then you're in a French environment, and you want to
save your file as fr.po.
Don't forget to remove these lines or comment them out with "#"
Then run the "make_po.sh" script (from this directory), change
back into the main directory and run the script.
